Market Background

With the continuous development of high-standard farmland projects in Heilongjiang, China, the demand for durable rural road infrastructure has been increasing rapidly. Farmland roads must support agricultural machinery transportation and long-term field operations. However, traditional construction methods relying on manual formwork and small equipment often suffer from low efficiency, unstable quality, and high labor costs. Local contractors therefore require a more automated and efficient solution to improve productivity and construction quality.

Customer & Application Scenario

The project is located in a high-standard farmland construction area in Heilongjiang. The contractor is responsible for building 4-meter-wide concrete farm roads used for agricultural machinery and logistics transportation. The project requires high surface smoothness, structural strength, and continuous paving capability.

Our Solution

To meet these requirements, we supplied two units of SMC-6500 Concrete Slipform Pavers equipped with rear-mounted molds designed for continuous road paving. The machine features a four-track hydraulic walking system combined with an automatic electronic leveling control system, ensuring stable and precise paving.

The equipment is equipped with 12 hydraulic vibration circuits with a maximum frequency of 167Hz, ensuring excellent concrete compaction and surface finishing. The paving width range of 2500–4500 mm perfectly fits the 4-meter road requirement of this project. Additionally, the 118 kW diesel engine provides stable power output for long working hours.

Project Results & Customer Feedback

During the project, the two machines enabled continuous paving operations, significantly improving construction efficiency compared with traditional methods. The need for manual formwork installation was greatly reduced, saving labor and time. According to the contractor, the finished road surface achieved excellent smoothness and density, meeting the quality requirements of high-standard farmland infrastructure projects.
